Special request from Sleepy Hollow NY:  This is basically the quilting hoop I make but has been upgraded with the longer bolt and tri-knob.  I will also make the block for the bolt a little longer than normal for added strength.

This is a small hoop for rug hooking.  This strong 10" hoop has been made as a special request for rug hooking. These hoops are custom made in our shop. This is not a mass-produced overseas hoop that you buy in your local craft store. This has been steamed and bent into a jig to form the circle. Next, the blocking is installed with an extra-long 8" bolt and an Easy Turn Tri-Knob, not a simple wing nut. Now it is hand sanded for over an hour with 3 different grades of sandpaper to make it extra smooth.
