Barnett's Laptop Hoops

This is the fee I receive to float and move a 2500 lb. mooring block or pyramid for a person who is one of my yearly clients.  For example, you want to change the spot that your mooring is currently located at or if the ice has moved your block to a new postal code. :)  Moorings that are sunk into the mud cannot be moved unless they are dug up and the suction around the block is broken. If I have to dig it out of the mud it will cost extra.
