This is the second book written by Scarlett Rose.  It is a continuation of her explorations with designing Celtic style patterns.  She continues to send her quilts to competitions and also teaches this type of applique as well as other styles of applique, including a very basic class for beginners.  She also designs and makes other kinds of quilts that will be published as books in the future.
