This is the fee I receive to float and move a 2500 lb. mooring block for a person who is not one of my yearly clients.  For example you want to change the spot that your mooring is currently located at or if the ice has moved your block to a new postal code. :)  Moorings that are sunk into the mud can not be moved unless they are dug up and the suction around the block is broken. 9 out of 10 times it is less expensive to just order a new block for the relocation.
