Barnett's Bean Bag Lap Frame Base
I am excited to announce our new lap base for any of our Laptop Hoops that have those little magnets on the bottom. This new base has a large bean bag on the bottom, allowing you to squish the lap frame into a comfortable position on you lap. Easily find that comfortable angle. No knobs to turn! It also has our trade mark lazy susan spinner that allows for effortless movement when you need to turn your project.

"I've been using mine now for a week or 2, and I'll tell ya, it is such a neat little alternative to the SitOn frame. 1 GREAT thing is that I can get up really easily(only have to lift it off my lap & set it aside),which is a good thing since it seems I'm only sitting¿ for 15 minutes at a time! The bean bag part is very comfortable on my lap, and I was really surprised when I saw it actually spins! the best product on the market

hello quilters, I am sick and can only quilt sitting on my sofa. I tried several products but I was struggling a lot. With Harry's bean I have found the best on the market. this product is fantastic and very ingenious. I thank Harry every time I use it.I live in France and this is the 3rd product I buy from Harry despite the expensive port and customs taxes ! Imagine that all the hoops fit on this base.

Perfect for my lap and stool

Right from the get go, this unit grabbed onto my hoop with no problem. Very good adhesion and super for revolving my work. Recently got a first place for a piece I created on this hoop. This bean bag base would really have been wonderful if I had had it sooner. Next order will include BOTH pieces instead of one at a time! Harry's is definitely the place to go for lap fiber work whether it is quilting or small rug and punch hooking.

My bean bag base is just the best! Sturdy canvas cover, with a beefy wood and magnetic metal base, it allows me to position and hold my hoop without hands; and it stays exactly where I put it. I could not do without it in my daily hand quilting.

The Bean Bag is a must.. I read all the reviews and Harry's in put and glad I bought it with my 14 in square hoop.. it is soooo comfortable on my lap. I have been a hand quilter for 15 years and this is the best..Thank you Harry.

I love my Barnett bean bag lap base. It is easy to position your hoop and the lazy susan base makes turning your quilt a breeze. It is beautifully crafted (as is my 14" rectangular hoop).The quality and workmanship shine through. I am sure I will be using these products for many years to come. Thanks Harry.

found it a little too stuffed but with a little help from my husband was able to take a lot of the pellets out and now find it so much better base truly beautifully made however just like it a little more pliable.
(Note: I do stuff the Bean Bags tightly as over time they will loosen up.- Harry Barnett)

I appreciated Harry's input when it came time to order a base. The bean bag base is ingenious-so versatile when it comes to hand quilting various designs that require twists and turns. I am fairly new to hand quilting but have found it so enjoyable using my hoop and bean bag base. Love spending evenings on the front porch hand quilting. The workmanship is flawless. Thank you Harry

When Mr. Barnett suggested the beanbag base, I came close to ignoring his advice in favor of the traditional sit on base. At the last minute, I decided that he knew his designs far better than did I, so I ordered both.
I doubt that the sit-on base will get the usage that will the beanbag. He was absolutely right; the angles and comfort of the beanbag base far surpass the sit-on base.
I hope that I will listen better, in future, when someone who knows their products attempts to educate me and save me money!

Ingenious Bean Bag Base

This ingenious bean bag base makes it so much easier to work with a laptop hoop. It only takes a slight push or twist to make those little adjustments that help keep your work positioned at the best possible angle for easy quilting. Harry Barnett has perfected a great system for hand quilting with a laptop hoop, and his workmanship and materials are of outstanding quality.

I love love love it! Wish I had known about this company before I bought my first quilt hoop. This system works so good for me and is so comfortable on my lap. Great quality and craftsmanship! Will order other products from Harry's Laptop Hoops!
